Philadelphia’s Primogen Council is a fractured gallery of power. Each member represents their clan’s legacy, leverage, and loyalty to Prince Victoria Ashford. They meet beneath chandeliers and cracked frescoes, speaking in riddles, debts, and veiled threats. The court is ceremonial, paranoid, and obsessed with appearances, but beneath the velvet lies a nest of knives.

Darius Veidt – Ventrue Primogen & Sheriff

Domain: Society Hill, financial corridors, historic banks

Role: Enforcer of Traditions and power broker

Public Reputation: Immaculate, ruthless, speaks softly and carries disappearances Known Ties: Oversees mortal influence networks, rumored to have buried rivals in legal contracts

Victoria Ashford – Toreador Primogen & Prince

Domain: Old City, art districts, cultural ruins

Role: Sovereign of the court and curator of its aesthetic

Known Ties: Oversees Elysium rituals, rumored to dream court secrets before they happen

Brujah Seat - Vacant

Status: Unclaimed

Notes: Most Brujah have defected to Anarch enclaves in Fishtown and Kensington. The court refuses to fill the seat, citing “ideological instability.”

Status: Unclaimed

Notes: Gangrel presence in Philly is minimal. Those who remain are nomadic or aligned with Rico Blaze’s pack in the Pine Barrens.
